I don’t like getting a confirmation on my prescription to be picked up at a certain time in the afternoon and they look at me like a deer in headlights when I come to pick it up. They also sent me the text telling me it is time to get it and to order it. Very poor service. What if I needed it right now?
The staff are incredibly slow. They can never understand what you're saying even if you slowly spell it out. There are many medications they never seem to have . Most of the staff are miserable and have trouble being polite and courteous. There are many other pharmacies pick any others and you will have a better experience.
Amy the pharmacist was awesome . My prescriptions were all messed up and she fixed everything . Very happy with Publix Pharmacy !!!
