By the looks of the 3.5 rating at this Publix I can understand why I am frustrated as well. Got there at 5:15 to pick up my 5:00 order, no rotisseries available. Between 5:00 and 6:00 is dinner time for the majority of people why are there no rotisseries, instead of calling me outside in the pickup they just refunded it to me instead of giving me the opportunity to wait for the rotisserie to be done.
