If I could give Publix Pharmacy a zero for service, I would. Every time we have a prescription sent there we have to call them to ask them to fill it or else it never gets done. This last time when I called, they said my insurance changed even though the number is the exact same and the company’s exact same. When I called, he ran it in two seconds and told me what my prescription cost would be. I don’t understand why I have to call to get this completed.
