Moving to the area from Palm Beach Gardens Publix and would not help with existing prescriptions.
I have never had so much trouble with a pharmacy answering their phones. I was told insurance declined my medicine. When I got home and called it was how they were submitting it to insurance. I’ve been on hold for someone to answer for over 15 minutes. This is their error and I can’t get anyone to answer to tell them what they are doing wrong and how they have to submit it.
