I need a medication printout to check which meds needed refills, etc. The pharmacist refused to give me a customer statement of medications on the profile She acted cruel This is a pharmacy, not help only those who You choose to help Pharmacies are supposed to answer questions properly. Not in humanely treat people whom they choose to dislike at whim. This Publix pharmacy is the best. They truly go out of their way to get medications ready. I’ve noticed some recent customer complaints, but many of those seem to come from people not listening or understanding the technical protocols required to ensure medications are dispensed safely. The staff follows procedures for a reason, and they do so with care. They are genuinely kind and professional people.
Good service, better than chain pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens... Most generics are decent and have lower cash prices than regular chain pharmacies as well.
Never ever had a problem, until tonight .cashier at the pharmacy was beyond nasty. She may be having problems, but that's of no concern of mine. She made faces at my husband and I, because I called her out. We have never seen her before in all the years we have used Publix Pharmacy. She's probably brand new, or from another store. She may need additional training. December 18th was at pharmacy, and around 6 or 7pm.
