I shop here almost every other day I also get my prescriptions here. Normally there is great customer service but today the lady in the pharmacy name Gi was very rude and rushed me through my transaction. I had questions about my medicine and she said I don't know that a question for your Dr. No it wasn't it could have been answered here at the pharmacy. I know this because I am a Pharmacy Tech as well. Please keep her off of the register and put someone else who has a better attitude up there. Thanks
Friendly staff but one of the slowest possible experiences I have ever encountered. I call a day ahead to make sure our prescriptions are in the queue to be filled first thing in the morning when they open and in some cases a couple days ahead. Then on the day of at opening I will call again to make sure it’s being filled and when I ask the eta it’s always a 3+ hour delay till it should be ready.
