When they tell you to wait for your prescription for 15 minutes that was supposed to be ready the day before and then you won't have to go back in the line again DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM! JUST LEAVE! THEY ARE LYING! they will have you sit there for 15 minutes, probably hoping that you buy something from the store, and then once the 15 minutes is up, almost on the dot, they will ask why your standing where they told you to stand just so they can look up your prescription and tell you that it's ready and to get in the back of the... read more
Great customer service
I have always had Good. Relations with the pharmacist and employees. They are always courteous no matter what problems come up. They handled them very courteously and handled the problem pretty much right away if not then the pharmacist gets involved and handled if it can be fixed. Thank you Publix.
Unprofessional environment. They really need to work on customer service. Everyone always have an attitude and are very unprofessional. They don’t have any sense of compassion. It’s heart breaking that they treat sick people the way they do.
