The service at this publix us like a yo-yo. It goes up and down. Customer service is not always pleasant or welcoming. They are inconsistent and treatment is sometimes visible unfair depending on who is behind the counter. On the underhand, the store is clean, organized and easy to find things. It’s a 50% chance of getting someone friendly, willing to help or welcoming atmosphere but you can count on your items in stock.
Avoid this pharmacy if you want to save yourself delays, headaches and aggravation. I switched from CVS because my insurance changed and I no longer had the option to continue getting my prescriptions through CVS. The pharmacists are rude unsympathetic and inept. I ordered 3 refills through this pharmacy and had problems and delays on every single one of them. Every time they blamed my doctor and told me my doctor had not ordered my refill.
