I had a very upsetting experience with this pharmacy, never had a problem here before with filing my medication but On the day I was scheduled to pick up my prescription, I received a call telling me they were “no longer carrying” my medication. However, my insurance had already been processed for it, which made the explanation confusing and concerning. The staff are friendly but the Publix app is worthless. I have notifications checked for text, emails, and app — for both prescription renewal and pickup. I receive none of these. It is disappointing that a brand like Publix delivers such unreliable service.
Zero stars deserved here! The snotty "pharmacist" Nicole needs some much needed customer service training as shes not fitted for her role. Constant issues and unprofessionalism.
This Publix was out of stock on my prescription. They called another Publix and they indicated they had it and it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I get to the other Publix after an hour and they had not started the order. They indicated they just received it. Seems like staff at this Publix could not be truthful.
The Publix Pharmacy at Mirasol is exceptional. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to assist the customers. Last week they filled a prescription immediately to help me before leaving town on a vacation. They provide input when asked and also have a caring attitude. The customer service is in rare air!!!
