The wait times for medications are ridiculous been suffering from a migraine since yesterday my Dr sent my meds over called 10 this morning and was told the pharmacist set my script to be filled after 3p I told the lady I was suffering and she said well there's alot of orders ahead of yours this is the best we can do no empathy or anything

I have recently started a new prescription for a medication that SHOULD be refrigerated. I WAS NOT told that when I picked up the new prescription. Why in the world wouldn't the pharmacist tell me that? Especially given the fact I know I told him this was a new medication and I did ask if I needed to take it with food or not when I initially picked up the first doses of the medication. I enjoyed going before they remodeled the store . Now I try to not go in because Cashiers aren't Happy and Self ring up your own items is Not my thing !!!! I miss Facebook face with Happy Cashiers .

It's publix, what you want me to say? Oooh, they did remodel since the last time I've been there.... move to a different area
