I was at the PICKUP counter while the pharmacist was doing her thing. She turned to me and said “I’m sorry what’s the name?” Then proceeded to turn to the lady who JUST walked up. I politely asked “where does the line start bc I’ve been here 5 minutes before her?” Her response was AGE before BEAUTY. The lady was 5 years older than me. If she asked who was here first I would’ve gladly said me but take care of her first. She was NOT CRIPPLE. Shes my dad’s age. Discrimination at its finest
The lady I encountered today was extremely rude. She didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and spoke to me in a dismissive manner. When I asked about my medication, she curtly stated that it would take 30 minutes—despite the fact that it was a pre-packaged pill. Very disappointing experience.
Great pharmacist. Grateful for the team and all they do.
