Been using this pharmacy off and on for years. Of course I never took time to write a great review as they got my meds when I needed them. A recent incident occurred and I still got my meds but what a hassle! Overcharged my prescriptions by posting the most expensive one twice and missed ringing up a lesser priced item. Called to alert the pharmacy of the issue. They said to come in to get an adjustment. I should not have bothered for the dollar amount. I just switched to Publix Pharmacy from CVS. I should have switched a long time ago.
The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I recently switched to the Middleburg location as I moved. I have never had an issue with my previous Publix pharmacy but this location has such rude staff. Thinking of switching.
This used to be my go to pharmacy, but ever since they’ve gotten newer staff, I’m going elsewhere from now on. They are rude!! Huffing and puffing on the phone, abruptly hanging up, cutting me off when speaking like I don’t know what I’m talking about, when in fact, they are the ones not listening! Especially the girl named Chanel! Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
