I wish I could leave zero stars. Second terrible experience in the last 3 months with the pharmacy technician who is a female. She hates her job and you can tell by her horrible attitude. I have been a regular here for over 10 years and was happy to have our neighborhood Publix and pharmacy back but the service has gone straight downhill and is not what we would expect from Publix. I requested a call from Michael the store manager as this was the second incident and I didn’t get a call back.

Honestly, this is the worst pharmacy. I went to get some medicine on Saturday, an inhaler, and to my surprise, it didn't work. I went back two days later to ask for a replacement or a refund, and the manager's response was that I should call the company to complain because they weren't responsible. So, a company that makes so much money and doesn't take responsibility? They should either refund my money or replace it.. Why is it that every single time I pre-order my deli meats it’s never ready when I show up? I can show up an hour later and I’ll still have to walk up to the counter and wait for them to prepare it. Just turn off the pre-order option?

The pharmacist Morocco decided to yell at my wife through the phone in a rude manner when she was just asking about a refill on medication for one of our children. Ofc as an angry dad I decided to call the pharmacy angrily, he then claimed that I harassed him when I simply wanted to ask if he spoke to his wife and children like that? If so. That’s a horrible human being to have as a pharmacist. Especially being a Publix pharmacist you would think they’d hold themselves to a higher standard (me being a Publix employee once) .... read more
