Extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming staff. Actually downright rude. Will be changing pharmacies asap!
Service at this location has declined. I’ve been a customer here for years but will be shopping for a new pharmacy. Their phone system for requesting refills informs that they will contact my doctor to request when a prescription has expired…. However, when I went to pick up at the time instructed, the pharmacist told me that I am the one who must contact my doctor….not them. After being turned away at Walgreens around 8:00 p.m. due to my insurance being out of network, I discovered that the Publix pharmacy was both in network and still open. I spoke with Ms. Debbie and her colleague, and despite having only 45 minutes before closing, they stayed on hold for 35 minutes to successfully transfer and fill my prescription.
