This pharmacy has been extremely helpful, and I want to specifically highlight the new pharmacist, Hitech, who is an excellent and highly knowledgeable professional. He consistently goes above and beyond my expectations and takes the time to ensure my prescriptions are prepared correctly. Not helpful and didn’t have the prescription. Not very Publix like. Very poorly managed on this Saturday.
There was a lady named Drea, and had somewhat of an Indian accent if I’m not mistaken, but she was very rude, and hung and up in face. She barely wanted to answer simple questions and felt very annoyed but our conversation lasted 2 mins so she needs to learn to take her work frustration out on the right people or get her off the phone.‼️
I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for the last 2 years and they have never once had them ready on time. It doesn’t matter if I call or use the app. Even if I come in person, they’ll give me a time to come back to pick up and when I come back at that time, still not ready and they’ll say they need a few more hours. The staff is nice enough, but don’t seem to care too much. Time to switch to somewhere else.
