Excellent I love the pre-pay. It completely bypasses the line. The doctor calls in the prescription and everything’s done electronically. They text you when it’s ready. You pay for it online and go directly to the window and leave is fantastic.!!! Highly recommend, especially if you’re always in a hurry or have a busy lifestyle !!!
I have used Publix Pharmacy for years with no issues at all. Now corporate is cutting the pharmacists hours AND sending prescriptions out to a warehouse facility in FL to have rx's filled. I was told this was only for maintenance medicine. Well guess what ......NO IT ISN'T!!!! I had the doctor call in a rx for my daughter yesterday....this was to see if her symptoms got better with an acid reflux medicine. Publix tells me it's a maintenance med and was sent to FL to be filled. It will be here in 3 days, is that okay? HELL NO... read more
I miss the old staff from 4 or 5 years ago. They were on top of things. My meds sat up there in progress for 4 or 5 days. My son’s sat up there 1 1/2 days and I still had to wait 15 minutes to get it. It’s hard finding a pharmacy in Carrollton. I moved there from Kroger and now I’m dealing with the same problem as I did with Kroger.
We have more than 22 prescriptions and I’ve requested that they leave their vaccine advertisements off of my scripts because it’s hard to keep 22 bottles in a box with a advertising tab sticking out, every time you try and remove one bottle it pulls 2-3 more with it. So I contacted them and asked them to stop and I was more or less told it would be an inconvenience for the tech to not put them on. I’m in the middle of of driving call the pharmacy tried to find out about our medication is ready then I I said all shit and the worker Leslie says I don’t like haw you are talking then hang up on me So I call back and ask to speak with the manager and so I tell them what happen and she told me that I said something about her and she didn’t like that’s why I told her I don’t say anything about her I was in the middle of of DRIVING …….
