Be nice if they'd answer the phone
We've used the Mauldin Publix Pharmacy for several years now and have always had a great experience. But today, the employee named Tammy stood out for me! She was friendly & helpful in working to find a way to make sure everything worked out with insurance for my son's inhaler. I was running into roadblock after roadblock with insurance and she went above and beyond to help me. She seriously saved the day for me today! Horrendous experience. Kaleb, the assistant manager, is beyond rude and asks questions that are irrelevant - such as personal medical questions that have nothing to do with filling my meds. I will be moving to another Publix after the HIPPA violation that occurred. Beware all.
