My doctor sent a refill on the 29th of July. Called today on August 5th and they had not filled it. I don't know what has happened to Publix. They were always the best. This is going to mess up the next time that I need a refill.
Website states that the pharmacy opens @ 9am. Had already verified they fill pet prescriptions. Waited and went in at 9:30 am. One person on duty still loading cash register, Asked about simple price on a specific pet prescription with of course no insurance involved! Other locations that fill pet subscriptions actually list prices for this (and others) online. But not Publix, which is why I went to store. This employee pointed to the cash register. I asked why? Hope you don't need your medicine this century.worst place to fill your meds.over 2 weeks waiting on meds..
I’ve been at CVS my entire life but their hold times and customer service have just taken a turn for the worst. I find myself avoiding calling because it’s just such a hassle. I swapped everything over and a medication it’s taken me over two weeks to get filled at CVS, was filled in under an hour here.
I had A hard time finding a medication for my son and Beth was so kind and took the time to help me! Thank you!
