They overcharge copay and they lie to you in your face. I ask them if they could cancel all my prescription meds coming from the base and they said they can't and the Base (NAS JAX) should call them. Not true. I just had my wife call Publix Mandarin Pharmacy and Kenny cancelled all my prescription meds.
Very clean, excellent service! Great italian subs made to order!
This pharmacy is so unorganized. It has been error after error with my prescriptions and they even changed one that my doctor ordered because they thought something else was the correct thing. If you use the automated system to request a refill it will tell you it will be filled and then if there is any sort of issue you are just left hanging with no update whatsoever.
This pharmacy has always been great to my family.
