Absolutely tired of having to call and ask why my same medication ive picked up here takes and extra day and a half to two days before they decide theyre ready to fill it. If you did your jobs the way your website says it should be ready within an hour unless theres and issue with the product insurance etc. only explanation ive gotten is that they're backed up and it will be ready when its ready. Every time I drop off a prescription they tell me it will be ready in an hour and a half. 3 and a half hours later I call and they say it will be ready in an hour. Every single time.
Marlene is an incredible asset to this company. She answered the phone promptly when I called, and while no other Publix had my asthma medication available, she immediately ordered it for next-day pickup without hesitation. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication truly reflect excellent patient care.
Second time real bad experience. They didn't have my antibiotics ready, so they told me to come back today. It's veterans Day they're not open. Pharmacist here I'm not the brightest in the back. And now I got to go a whole another day without a much-needed antibiotic
