Responsive and dont screw up your meds every time.... Just that makes them better then all others nearby.
The employees are always very friendly fast and efficient. They even call me to go over medications and any questions that I might have. I manage myself my husband and my senior mother and they are always very good. I've been going to this Publix for over years 20 years, and they have always been on point. Went in to pick up some pseudoephedrine for a cold. Plenty of employees standing around talking to each other but none to help. This was my first visit to this pharmacy and will be my last.
For over a week, we were told that my husband’s prescription for self-administered testosterone was not in stock and were advised to call other pharmacies. We followed instructions, waited patiently, and trusted this location to follow through. Worst pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever experienced. They treat you like a drug addict and question all your medications. I have missed multiple doses because they’re incompetent and have had to deal with immense amount of pain due to them delaying my prescriptions unnecessarily.
