For over a week, we were told that my husband’s prescription for self-administered testosterone was not in stock and were advised to call other pharmacies. We followed instructions, waited patiently, and trusted this location to follow through. Worst pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever experienced. They treat you like a drug addict and question all your medications. I have missed multiple doses because they’re incompetent and have had to deal with immense amount of pain due to them delaying my prescriptions unnecessarily.
I've unfortunately needed a lot prescriptions filled over the last few years. Even when they're incredibly busy, everyone has always been wonderful. Are they the fastest? No, but that's only because people have questions, and they're thorough and helpful. I love the online system and they refill and/or order quickly. Stay awesome y'all!
I called the Publix pharmacy at 12:05 PM to confirm that my prescription would be ready for pickup. They assured me that it would be ready within an hour. Fast forward to 4:58 PM, when I finally arrived to pick it up, only to be told that my medication was now on a waitlist! Had they informed me earlier that they didn’t have the medication in stock, I would have contacted my doctor and arranged to have it sent to another pharmacy.
