Several of the staff have been rude over the past couple of yrs. It does seem like they have no idea what it's like to depend on medicines to stay well / alive. I am a huge fan of pharmacists & have known many who are superb people. It hadn't ever occurred to me to write a review, but seeing the others with similar experiences, it seems worthwhile to warn others.
Great store nice clean and Rachel the cashierwas amazing. She was by far the nicest cashier I've experienced in a while. She was super friendly. Only thing was the soda machine at the delivery was down:( but I truly wish publix would drop coke products drop the deli and get Pepsi. But other then that this publix will be my stop when I'm in the area.
Terrible location. Never on time prescriptions are always late. And I’m not just speaking about one interaction, approximately 10 times I’ve used this pharmacy they have fallen short. Not filled yet or returned it’s like I have a few hour window before they return them. They say there is a 14 day wait before they return the prescriptions but that is bogus. I have been there 4 times in three days and it’s never ready and then when I come back “it’s returned”. Never coming back. When I ask for a manager “she’s on lunch” and ha... read more
This is the worst Publix I have ever visited. Every time I go, I find expired products. I let the employees know about it and they make no attempt to at least remove the items. When paying in self paid, items that are not yours appear and if you do not pay attention to that, you pay for items that are not yours. I let the cashier know and her response was: technology is like that, it has its problems. The sales signs say one thing and the cash register says another.
