Morgan Robinson, the pharmacist rudely, refused to fill my prescription. For 2 days, I had been contacted by this pharmacy about my pain medication(the lowest dosage). I was told the Rx was faxed and they don't accept it. I was told the Rx could not be called in by the ordering doctor. She told me over the phone that I could walk the paper Rx in. The entire staff at Publix Pharmacy is absolutely wonderful. My wife and I always get treated extremely well and they are always willing to help us figure out our prescription costs.
Filled a 30 day supply which is 60 pills for $18.76 using Good RX. Without being told, I received only 30 pills and was charged $14.75 due to a medication shortage. I realized I was running out of pills sooner than expected and looked at the bottle which said 30 was the filled quantity. I went in 2 weeks after filling the prescription and was told it was $14.75 for the other 30 pills. I protested that I should only have to pay the difference which is $4. On Saturday, Sept 16, 2023 at early afternoon, I called the Pharmacy because I had a problem with a medication. Long story short, the Pharmacy tech was able to help me out with my situation. I want to give her props for being caring and giving me the help I needed. I owe her my gratitude.
