Pharmacist Stacy and all of the pharmacy techs always take care of me by going above and beyond. They promptly pick up the phone and are so resourceful with their knowledge. They truly make me feel like I am being taken care of and answer all of my questions to the best of their abilities. Hi,
This is THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!! No matter what the medication is you “won’t be able to pick it up until tomorrow”! I have complained repeatedly to the customer service desk with no satisfaction. I will be changing to the Walmart pharmacy in the same shopping plaza.
The pharmacists at this Publix have taken care of us for years, and they always stop to answer questions and help with shots and new prescriptions. Suleiman and Stacy are especially knowledgeable and kind. We appreciate being able to use the Publix app to order and pay for refills. Service is always quick, and the drive-thru has been a lifesaver.
