Most unskilled techs ! Kendra was extremely unhelpful. She couldnt even answer basic questions I had in regards to my daughter’s meds and why it wasn’t covered when we have not had any issues in the past! Please don’t go here! I made a mistake choosing the nearest pharmacy to our new residence
If possible I would put a negative star not only is the pharmacist rude they refused to refill a prescription that two specialist doctors prescribed after being hospitalized he had a God complex this has not been the first time that I've dealt with this pharmacist that's being complete jerk I'm having all my prescriptions transferred to CVS!!!
This pharmacy is extremely untrustworthy. The staff is incredibly rude, and one of them even stole a prescription and blamed it on me. Someone needs to thoroughly review their work here.
If it is a prescription that you need and depend on, this would not be the pharmacy to use. It used to be a great place but lately it is slow, and in my most recent case, the prescription was sent to a publix on the other side of town. They offered no assistance in correcting the issue and suggested I "drive there and get it". It was much easier to contact my doctor and have all of my prescriptions moved to CVS.
