Need your medicatoon that you can only pick up once its 100% out that gives immediate withdrawl symptoms and is essential to manage depression? Especially when you called the day before to ensure it would be ready in the morning and to notify them you are out? Only gets filled when you show up, forcing you to wait. Every. Time. I dont know when they got this new pharmacist but the moment I started seeing him in there, the quality and care went to the drain.
Most unskilled techs ! Kendra was extremely unhelpful. She couldnt even answer basic questions I had in regards to my daughter’s meds and why it wasn’t covered when we have not had any issues in the past! Please don’t go here! I made a mistake choosing the nearest pharmacy to our new residence
If possible I would put a negative star not only is the pharmacist rude they refused to refill a prescription that two specialist doctors prescribed after being hospitalized he had a God complex this has not been the first time that I've dealt with this pharmacist that's being complete jerk I'm having all my prescriptions transferred to CVS!!!
This pharmacy is extremely untrustworthy. The staff is incredibly rude, and one of them even stole a prescription and blamed it on me. Someone needs to thoroughly review their work here.
