I called to ask for a fax number for a prescription, I wrote as a medical provider, and the pharmacy workers acted like it was top secret information. No other pharmacy behaves this way. Gwen was extremely rude on the phone. I can’t believe how incompetent and slow the people that work here are.
*** Don’t Trust Their Count !!! *** I was prescribed antibiotic's for 7 days yesterday 2/20/25 today 2/21/25 i realized they have given me 4 less, thought maybe an oversight or genuine human mistake. Called them and spoke to Ms Krupa. She is actually the manager, was given a flat NO ! and treated me like i was lieing for .25 cents pill ! Be careful, and please verify the count ! They will never accept thier error and very rude ! Will never buy meds from them . What a scam !
This happened on Friday Jan 24 at 4:30pm. Pharmacist with long blond hair and glasses. First I am asked to sign that I accepted the instructions (which I never received )from the pharmacist. Then when I got my kids antibiotics and politely asked about instructions, she told me it’s on the bottle! Wow, simply the opposite of courteous. Went here today to get my father's pain medication as he has extreme pain and hasn't slept properly for a week due to his shingles. Was told it would be about a 30 minute wait so I came back around then, as he needed it right away. Guan told me it would take some more time so I thought I would wait around the pick up area, as it was urgent. She was very considerate, but I heard the pharmacist make snide remarks about me while giving me several dirty looks and making a big show of filling the medication loudly.
