My family has been using this pharmacy for years. They have always been kind and helpful. The only times I’ve had any problems are when they are completely swamped, and even then it was barely a problem for me.
Is use this pharmacy because it's on my way home from work and has a drive thru. Unfortunately, they have a 0% success rate with timely, accurate service for me. Every month I get the same medication. Every month I have I call a few days after my doctor sends it in to ask them to fill it. It's expensive and when the staff see get charged they choose not to fill it and it goes from pending as available as a refill, which it is not as it's a separate order from the doctor each month. Not a good pharmacy. I called 5 times and they didn’t pick up. When I came I had to wait for an hour to get prescription that was transferred from Kroger.
The deli department sucks. Previously the guys were fast and efficient... they made me two sandwiches in 1 minute. Now it takes them 1 week to make a sandwich. It's not the same as before 😡
