I was discharged from the hospital on Monday morning & immediately called the pharmacy at 9:12 am. I was told by the guy on the telephone that both my prescriptions were received and would be filled by 9:45. When it was time, my mom went to pick up both of my prescriptions. She was told one would not then be until the next day ( because it had to be ordered) and the other one wouldn't be ready for 45 more minutes. Thank you Brandon for the positive Publix attitude and customer service you share with each person and co-worker! For anyone who also believes as I do, right next to the drop-off is some of the best medicine of all written in book form.
I have never met a pharmacy that is so unhelpful. They have two answers 1. Call your doctor or 2. Call your insurance carrier. Never let me see how I can help. Always want to get you off the phone when you call. Now I know why they are rated 3 out of 5 start, because I only gave them 1. When I was Walgreens which I am moving back to they would do whatever they could to help. They even called the insurance carrier to get an issue worked out. Stay away from Publix Pharmacy if you know what is good for you.
My whole family comes here to get there medication's. We have never had any issues and the pharmacist and employees helping have always be so kind and helpful. So I'm confused of why all the bad ratings because we've never had any issues. To the employees thank y'all for making it a pleasant trip to fill and pick up medication's.
I feel really embarrassed after calling the pharmacy. They questioned my psychiatric medication and made me feel like I was some sort of drug addict. I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist since the age of 7 and I finally have my meds finely tuned. I don’t need a pharmacy technician asking me “what’s happening with all your medication?”
