The staff is kind, but I always have to wait for my medication no matter what. I call ahead an hour or more to get my refill so that I don’t have to wait in the grocery store + make sure it’s ready when I need it. When I get there, it is never ready and I have to wait 15-30 minutes. Sometimes I’m picking my meds up before work or before an event. My medications have a very small half life. When I miss even one dose on time, I have bad side effects that effect my ability to walk, see, and drive a car. Please fix this issue.
I just want to say Neubapren and Isabella today were exceptional! All my questions were answered and the were able to get things filled quickly. The customer service at this location is wonderful! Thank you again for making our experience a positive one.
The don’t know what they are doing they text to tell you your medicine is ready they have to fix it when you get there
I really like the service at this location. The pharmacists and the people working the front are always kind and sweet. Only had a delay with my prescription once because they didn’t have it in stock. Otherwise never had any issues.
