Ok, I have been going to this pharmacy for 21 years. The best is now here with Vanessa the current pharmacist. Unlike the cold disposition of previous individuals... Vanessa is warm, knowledgeable and always willing to assist. Thanks Publix for choosing this gem to be at our location. Please stay for a long time! We need more professionals which such integrity!
No lines, No waiting Publix can be such a drain though. Always the "Regulars with the local drama. Hallandale is an open air convelesent home. Dementia/ sundowners are the rule of the day.
Extremely slow and disorganized service. Every refill turns into unnecessary back-and-forth. Instead of proactively resolving issues, they send generic text messages telling you to call them, shifting the work onto the patient. There is no clear communication, no follow-through, and no sense of urgency. They do not apply available discounts unless you specifically push for it.
