Stood up there forever while they input my information. Not a problem, do your thing but also maybe tell me what youre doing and what’s going wrong so that I’m not completely lost and shocked. Recently, they have been very slow to fill prescriptions or not fulfilling the estimated time they initially promised. They say 45 minutes, came back 5 hours later and they can't find the prescription or say it's not ready yet.
This pharmacy is terrible. Called ahead to ask when I could pickup my son's medication. Showed up an hour past the time they gave me and they still don't have it ready. Made me wait almost another hour to get it. Go somewhere else.
MUCH better than other Publix pharmacies in the area. Night and day difference. Nancy is such a pleasure!
