Horrible horrible horrible. No matter how in advance your prescription is sent in, how early you call in, no matter how early you go to the publix app to request a refill ( by the way it won't be filled ever until you actually call) , and no matter if you make an appointment. YOU WILL NOT BE PRIORITY AT ANY GIVEN POINT. Sad sad sad! I've never been to a publix like this ever until I came to Decatur ga.
Take their time, things are never ready when they say it will be, no matter if you prescription is sent overnight and they have first dibs, IT STILL WONT BE READY no matter what. Then you call to ask for an update and your being questioned
Communication = terrible, overall. It’s like they don’t care.
Bottom line, GARBAGE! They are not consistent!
Ok I have always shopped at Publix since they came to Atlanta. Love the customer service but yesterday which is 11/26/2025 I had a ham and some odd reason the young lady was not paying attention and took my ham and put it to the side. Now remind you it was closing and she said I need to get a ham and I did not want two other items but I asked for a chocolate cake so a manager went and checked that’s one of the reasons I love Publix they will go out the way to help you.
