You cannot get anybody on the phone they never return calls
They are slower than molasses. Literally stood there for 30min while yhey helped an old woman...who cut in front of me. On another note, they won't open till 9 on the dot...which means 10 minutes of messing with the gate before they actually open. Don't go when they open.
Always waiting! So slow! And one register regardless of staff. You have to bet on waiting 10 minutes per person in front of you when you're in line.
Drove 35 minutes to pick up my daughter’s prescriptions for them to only give me part of the order. After getting home and realizing I didn’t have everything I needed I called back up and waited for a very long time for someone to answer the phone. Hannah, stated that they didn’t have what we needed in stock, and they would have to order it. Hannah was very unapologetic and stated they had several new people working and they may not have known to tell me.
