It’s crazy how you go to the pharmacy not feeling good trying to get medicine and have to be treated rude older lady with silver hair is so weird and rude for no reason if you don’t like your job quit stop being so rude for no reason won’t be back Publix is supposed to the best when it comes to customer service not this pharmacy
If you’re hungry never use their deli! I picked up prescription and tried to get some lunch but they were out of wedges and tenders two popular items and they wait till completely sold out before they make more. Waited 8 minutes for wedges then was told it'd be another 6 minutes for tenders, not sure who runs the deli but seems they need to be trained in customer service cause I never saw any. Doubt I will ever go near this deli again.
This is the best pharmacy and the people are great. Always a smile, small talk when I pick up my many prescriptions. I have called on the phone several times as well and I know how busy they are they have always been helpful. The staff at the pharmacy makes you feel like a mom and pop drug store instead of a large chain. Keep up the great work!!!
Absolutely despicable customer service in the pharmacy. The one lady treats me like poo and has every single time I’ve had to deal with her!!!! (More than 20) the pharmacist was no better they don’t care a single bit about you and you can tell they hate their jobs. So rude. Instead of helping me find a solution they are just hateful and rude and uncaring.
