I love this pharmacy! They always have my medication compared to Walgreens and CVS( the two worst places in Jax) for Meds! Nothing is perfect, but when I can get my meds without waiting for 7 days! I’m happy.Yall just give them grace and WAIT! People are hurting everyday and these humans are doing the best compared to the worst! I really appreciate them
If I could give a negative zero I would. This is by far one of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve ever had to deal with. I always have called ahead of time to check my refills and ask for specific medications to be refilled since I work 10 hour shifts I can’t always be the one to pick them up so I make sure it’s clear what needs to be filled in the phone call but EVERY time I picked them up they were wrong. I literally called you guys this morning and she confirmed "it will be ready in an hour".. went to pick it up 4 hours later and was told "tonight". Are you guys okay? do you just tell people whatever you want to get them off the phone? I'm glad customers who need prescriptions are just toys who have all day to run errands hoping their prescriptions are ready 3 times in a day.
