I don't understand all the bad reviews, they must be talking about a different Publix. I've been using them for years and have never had any issues with them. Sure, there's usually a long line but that's because it's a very busy store. There's been a couple employees that weren't that great but they didn't last long. And they are way better than the other options nearby(I'm talking to you CVS and Walgreens).
This has got to be the worst pharmacy i have ever had to deal with. I am 65 and take multiple perscriptions. They never answer the phone. Its a joke, when is used CVS in NJ They had my scripts reading all the time. Publix i continually have to go there to get my scripts renewed. They have refills but Publix never contacts me. Go else where.
I love this pharmacy! They always have my medication compared to Walgreens and CVS( the two worst places in Jax) for Meds! Nothing is perfect, but when I can get my meds without waiting for 7 days! I’m happy.Yall just give them grace and WAIT! People are hurting everyday and these humans are doing the best compared to the worst! I really appreciate them
If I could give a negative zero I would. This is by far one of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve ever had to deal with. I always have called ahead of time to check my refills and ask for specific medications to be refilled since I work 10 hour shifts I can’t always be the one to pick them up so I make sure it’s clear what needs to be filled in the phone call but EVERY time I picked them up they were wrong.
