I literally called you guys this morning and she confirmed "it will be ready in an hour".. went to pick it up 4 hours later and was told "tonight". Are you guys okay? do you just tell people whatever you want to get them off the phone? I'm glad customers who need prescriptions are just toys who have all day to run errands hoping their prescriptions are ready 3 times in a day.
No lines if you time your visit.
Cynthia in the pharmacy is amazing! She truly knows customer service. My doctor was very slow in approving my medication, and she did everything possible to get my medication approved so I would have some for vacation. If publix Pharmacy had a doctor's office, I would be the first to sign up
