This Publix Pharmacy has some wonderful staff. And compared to the Walgreens across the street, this place is heaven. My complaint is not with the service. There is an issue between Publix in my insurance company. Publix takes my insurance Blue Cross, but I have to pay more here than Walgreens for reasons I don't understand. My insurance company says Publix gets their drugs from the wrong vendor which makes absolutely no sense. So much better and faster than other pharmacies. They also call when they don’t have an item, to tell you which other Publix pharmacy in the area has it, and see if you would prefer to pick it up at that one or wait for it to be transported. Just really good customer service.
