I've been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years and the service has become awful. Terrible customer service and no manners. Teach your pharmacists to be courteous and friendly. Seems shopping and getting your prescriptions at Publix are no longer a pleasure!!
This reviews has nothinf to do with the phamacist. It is a management matter. I came to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription because the posted lunch break says it is from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM. I arrived after 2:00 PM, but I was told that lunch from was from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM instead. I find this very disrespectful. If your posted hours say lunch ends at 2:00 PM, customers should be able to receive service after that time. Also, if the pharmacy is open, customers should be attended to. Por años fue la farmacia donde surtían todas las medicinas de mi mamá y eran muchas hasta que me atendió una rubia medio gordita con ínfulas muy equivocada y la verdad hay muchas farmacias alrededor como para tolerar el mal trato q ella le da a los cliente!! Suerte por q la va a necesitar 1 menos es unos menos la verdad la gente pierde la perspectiva!!
Absolute worst pharmacy experience in history. The head pharmacist is terrible and unhelpful as well. Would recommend any other pharmacy brand. Stay away from inexperienced folks at this pharmacy
