Lazy freaking people here - called today to ask if a product was in stock and spoke to Catherine - who told me that she couldn’t give that info out over the phone because it was a controlled substance? This is 100% not correct and you guys need to go back and train her.
Demetrius is always on point when Everytime I get a Publix sub, that's why I gave a full three stars. Bought a rotisserie chicken for it to come out raw. Chicken definitely needs some cooking time on it. They always come out very light. This Publix is just okay they need help in certain areas. Checkout is sometimes backed up but nothing too crazy!
Terrible service from the bakery department. I would NOT recommend this store to my worst enemy. I came with my 79 year old mother for a cake consultation that we had previously schedule and the staff was AWFUL. Everyone was s scrambling as if they had no idea we had an appointment, and then once someone was finally able to help she explained that she was pressed for time and that it would be best if we come back another time once we know what we want for a THIRD time.
