They’ve been my primary pharmacy for five years now. Lots of stability in the staff very little turnover. Always friendly and even when they’re obviously slammed Will fill my prescription while I shop..
ABSOLUTELY the worst. We’ve had so many issues with them being unorganized and not helpful. My mom has stage 4 cancer and they have done NOTHING but making her care HARDER. Go somewhere else!!!
This pharmacy is a joke. I’m in pain management and use goodrx discount and pay out of pocket. I’m told they must run script the script through Medicaid and get a pa from doc to use goodrx and pay out of pocket!! Not one other pharmacy I use does this BS when I pay out of pocket!! This pharmacy is useless! Other pharmacies don’t run through Medicaid when paying out of pocket!!
I used the same pharmacy in Huntsville for the past 4 years Because I don't have insurance and they took care of me. today I decided to bite the bullet and transfer my medications to the Publix Decatur since I moved here. I called and the girl said " would you mind if I used a Good RX coupon to help you". I paid $100 in Huntsville and this sweet angel saved me $75!! Thank you so so much Caroline(maybe carolyn?) She was the absolute best and she was a TON of help
