Absolute crap customer service when I went in on Sunday just before closing. The woman cashier made things very weird as well as the male pharmacist. Do not recommend
5 star pharmacy. Always gets my scripts fast ! Faster then 2 other Publix pharmacies I have used in the past, And faster then Walmart Fort Pierce, when i used to use them. And Always gets / gives me the best price on any scripts not covered by Medicare.
They don’t know how to do billing at all. Kept trying to make us pay for copays when our annual catastrophic cap was met and our insurance and insurance’s pharmacy benefits manager Express scripts, said we shouldn’t have to pay for any of our meds. This Publix said they already billed our insurance (which insurance didn’t see a claim) so no matter what we have to pay which is false. You can bill for medications you haven’t picked up yet but it is TEMPORARY and can be corrected, they can reverse the claim and process a new on... read more
