Love the prepaid. The pharmacist’s are great.
Behind the counter workers standing around talking and laughing. I was in a couple days ago and the staff was to call another pharmacy and have the prescription transferred. However it was transferred but not filled. I waited at least 30 minutes for them to fill it
This pharmacy has to be the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. Every time my doctor sends in a new prescription, I have to constantly call to check the status because it never seems to get processed in a timely manner. And heaven forbid a prior authorization is needed — it becomes a complete nightmare trying to get my medication. The lack of communication and consistency is beyond frustrating.
