This pharmacy has to be the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. Every time my doctor sends in a new prescription, I have to constantly call to check the status because it never seems to get processed in a timely manner. And heaven forbid a prior authorization is needed — it becomes a complete nightmare trying to get my medication. The lack of communication and consistency is beyond frustrating.
Really nice pharmacy. The people who work here are very kind and patient. I get a medication that has to be ordered and the insurance does it's best to interfere with it's timely delivery every month. The pharmacist was wonderful in getting my prescription set up right. They have always been very helpful and reliable. Also, prescriptions always get filled very fast. Things that are supposed to take 2 days usually are ready within a day. They are willing to fill things within a couple of hours if needed and they will call you... read more
I cant seem to get my 3 medications timed so they can be filled at the same time. I dont want to go in once a week for 3 weeks in a row. I ask if it can be timed, I dont get a response. A yes or no would be nice. I went in at the end of January then again the very next week. 30 minutes after I left I get a text saying my prescription is ready.
