I cant seem to get my 3 medications timed so they can be filled at the same time. I dont want to go in once a week for 3 weeks in a row. I ask if it can be timed, I dont get a response. A yes or no would be nice. I went in at the end of January then again the very next week. 30 minutes after I left I get a text saying my prescription is ready. I wish that I could give less than a 1. Slow, slow and slower. Takes all day, or next day to fill a prescription. Extremely frustrating when you have a sick child that needs medication. I’ve been patient for years, always giving the benefit of the doubt, but they just truly suck.
I think giving one star to the pharmacy is a bit much but that’s for the people who actually care and try their best to help customers. 1. Prescriptions never ready on time 2. Bad customer service and hostile at times 3. Prepaid doesn’t matter- still have to wait in the long line 4. They do not answer phone calls I am sick and went to the doctor at 10am and a prescription was sent, it is now 3:40pm and my prescription is not ready on the app and I can’t get anyone on the line to even speak to me.
