I called today at 4:54pm and whoever answered the phone very rude and needs a customer service training. Didn't even say goodbye and hung up the phone.
Convenience and good service is what I like since I shop at this Dadeland Publix, use the Pharmacy services right there, and above all, this Pharmacy always seems to have a great team, willing and able to take and fill my prescriptions and have answers whenever I consult with the Pharmacist or a team member. Many times I use and am impressed with their over-the-phone, easy to use system to re-order my prescriptions. It depends on who is serving you. Most of the time, the answer I get is "It's in backorder...don't know when we are going to get it." Finally, I had enough and called Walgreens. My meds was ready the next day. I have one med that my insurance doesn't cover. Got the same answer from Publix Pharmacy. Went to CVS, got it the next day. At times, the service was great at Publix Pharm Other times, service was horrible. I am too old to deal with the inconsistency. I gave them a chance for 1 year. I think a change was necessary.
