I called today at 4:54pm and whoever answered the phone very rude and needs a customer service training. Didn't even say goodbye and hung up the phone.
Convenience and good service is what I like since I shop at this Dadeland Publix, use the Pharmacy services right there, and above all, this Pharmacy always seems to have a great team, willing and able to take and fill my prescriptions and have answers whenever I consult with the Pharmacist or a team member. Many times I use and am impressed with their over-the-phone, easy to use system to re-order my prescriptions.
