Pharmacy hours are incorrect since they close "for lunch" - at least they did today from 2pm-3pm according to the phone message. I know other pharmacies do this, but not after 2pm. It would help if Publix would decide on a consistent lunch time and advertise those hours as being closed.
This is the rudest pharmacy in Orlando. I support three elderly family members and all of them have various locations to fill their meds, I absolutely cringe at interacting with this pharmacy comparatively to another Publix pharmacy in Belle Isle and a CVS in Winter Garden. The employees are rude, unengaged and it genuinely feels like you are annoying them if they have to interact with you. Why does publix allow such horrible service? When you call, not a word spoken ,just put on hold, no one picks up, hang up, maybe they pick up. I moved my prescriptions to this Publix for convenience, big mistake. Not attentive, understaffed. Pharmacist is not engaged at all, does not help with people waiting. Not prepared for prepaid pick up. Not what I expect from Publix, horrible, horrible service and did i mention incredibly slow. Pharmacy "Manager" Chris is very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. He ignored us and would not make eye contact. He has given me a hard time on more than one occasion for having a paper script. My physician provides me with paper scripts because sometimes medications are not available. But Chris seems to hate the additional paperwork.
