Very rude and unprofessional staff. Trying to fill medication there is hit or miss, multiple times I've called and confirmed my prescription was ready only to show up and for the pharmacist to say they don't have the medication and have to order it. Other times my prescription takes forever to fill. Strongly recommend using literally any other pharmacy in the area. Stay far away from this one
Why does pblix allow such horrible service? When you call, not a wordnspoken ,just put on hold, no one picks up, hang up, maybe theyvpick up. I moved my prescriptions to this Publix for convenience, big mistake. Not attentive, understaffed. Pharmacist is not engaged at all, does not help with people waiting. Not prepared for prepaid pick up. Not what I expect from Publix, horrible, horrible service

RANDOM POLICY CHANGE AND PROBABLE ABLEISM I have picked up my prescriptions from here for months. I was there just a few days ago to pick up multiple medications, they messed up by not filling just one of them, but I let it go and they told me I could come back to pick up the other one.
