Extremely rude woman pharmacist, talked down to me as if I was stupid, absolutely zero manners or respect for customers
I've been going to this Publix for 10 years + now and filled my medication as I shopped and never had a issue until the past couple of years. Most of the pharmacist force a smile if you ask them questions, one even sighed why I had a follow up question. Getting medication filled is another struggle, they are constantly running low, waiting on a shipment or they will ask you to go somewhere else to get it filled. I've received text msg's my scripts are ready only to find they are not and have to spending 30 mins or so waiting... read more
Why does publix allow such horrible service? When you call, not a word spoken ,just put on hold, no one picks up, hang up, maybe they pick up. I moved my prescriptions to this Publix for convenience, big mistake. Not attentive, understaffed. Pharmacist is not engaged at all, does not help with people waiting. Not prepared for prepaid pick up. Not what I expect from Publix, horrible, horrible service and did i mention incredibly slow. Perscriptions called in at 8:00 still not ready by 4:30 in the afternoon
It takes them days, if not weeks, to fill prescriptions and if you try calling they send you to voicemail won’t return your call. A prescription for a rescue inhaler was sent in for me at 9am and has yet to be filled by 4pm.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. Trying to fill medication there is hit or miss, multiple times I've called and confirmed my prescription was ready only to show up and for the pharmacist to say they don't have the medication and have to order it. Other times my prescription takes forever to fill. Strongly recommend using literally any other pharmacy in the area. Stay far away from this one
