If you can go to any other pharmacy, even a different Publix, do yourself that favor. The people working at this pharmacy are rude and don't seem to take their jobs seriously. I was told that my medications were going to be ready on Wed, I never got a notification text, so I went on Thurs and they still were not ready. I only got 2 of the 3 I need. Rudest cashier experience ever, why be so rude just because I was unfamiliar with the cash back process, and had an inquiry about it 🤷🏻♂️ I work in customer service, that is not a great way to treat customers.
Being pregnant I asked the pharmacist to help me to find iron 325 mg. He said we don’t do that here and he turned his back to me. Just like that
Yesterday I went to Crossroads Pharmacy to get my pneumonia vaccine and also the Tdap vaccine. Michael was extremely helpful, and as I was waiting for him, I saw him interact with customers with his funny sense of humor and also with much empathy for another customer who wanted to pick up a script that couldn’t be filled since it had been filled too recently.
