Rudest cashier experience ever, why be so rude just because I was unfamiliar with the cash back process, and had an inquiry about it 🤷🏻‍♂️ I work in customer service, that is not a great way to treat customers.

Being pregnant I asked the pharmacist to help me to find iron 325 mg. He said we don’t do that here and he turned his back to me. Just like that

Yesterday I went to Crossroads Pharmacy to get my pneumonia vaccine and also the Tdap vaccine. Michael was extremely helpful, and as I was waiting for him, I saw him interact with customers with his funny sense of humor and also with much empathy for another customer who wanted to pick up a script that couldn’t be filled since it had been filled too recently. Do not go to this pharmacy unless you want the MANAGER to hang up on the phone on you for no reason when you’re just trying to get your prescription filled because your location doesn’t have your medicine. The staff at this Publix pharmacy are completely unprofessional, lack knowledge of the laws of this state, and don’t understand the foundation of customer service. If you need your medication refilled bring your business to a different Publix pharmacy.
