As other have said the Pharmacy is not great, but the rest of the grocery is pretty good. They have an area to eat, a bakery, fish market, etc.
Horrible service in the pharmacy Melissa was horrible with customer service and it’s sad because i am a regular at this publix and this woman has had plenty of experience to have bad customer service.
Always quick and never any issues.
Publix Pharmacy falls incredibly short of the level of customer service Publix grocery offers. This has become apparent from so many of the interactions I’ve had with so many of the pharmacy employees over the years. It’s unfortunate (because I prefer to support local business and employment) but I’ve received better customer service from Amazon Pharmacy recently than Publix Pharmacy. 😔
