I wish 0 stars was an option. Idk how having something ready at 930am with 31 days of notice is so difficult but this pharmacy is slow and don't seem to care if you wait in there little pharmacy chairs for hours for your prescription. Pharmacy manager Jason told me the wrong day something would be ready, when I came in the next day the asst pharmacy manager let me wait for hours for something that was in progress over 24 hours before.

Zi at the deli made me two wraps and was incredibly friendly—his customer service was excellent. The entire store has a great atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, a manager noticed me looking around and offered help within 10 seconds. Then at the deli, Zi was not only helpful but also fun to chat with. Everyone I interacted with at this Publix was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly.
