If I could give less than one star I would ! I’ve never felt more disrespected or disappointed at a Publix until today. What should’ve been a simple shopping trip turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had—all because of the assistant manager and then the actual customer service Manager Jeff, who clearly forgot what “customer service” means. One of the things that I love about shopping at Publix is that they take their motto where shopping is a pleasure very seriously. I would like to take an opportunity highlight Kevin Pham, the lead pharmacist, and the rest of the pharmacy staff at the colonial Town Publix pharmacy. They are always very busy with all th orders but are never rude but always courteous and have the prescriptions available normally ahead of the time. I like working with Dr. Kevin Pham. He really does want to help people. I have had three friends mention how easy it is to work with Dr. Pham when it comes to getting vaccine shots. All of the other pharmacists and people working here are also very nice and helpful.
Publix Pharmacy at Colonialtown is great. Staff is attentive and informative regarding prescriptions. There are things out of their control, just as any other pharmacy. The bad reviews are those who cannot understand that. Great work, thank you for all you do.
