The pharmacist at this location was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. The interaction was uncomfortable and far below the level of professionalism you would expect. I will not be filling prescriptions at this location again.
The pharmacist that was working last night (unfortunately, I did not catch her name), caught a dosage miscalculation from my pediatrician. The urgent care pediatrician had prescribed my three month old daughter double the dose of Tamiflu that she was supposed to be taking. I am very grateful that the pharmacist caught this, my primary pediatrician said my daughter could have had major issues if she was to take the double dose.
Really difficult to get any medicines that are considered 'controlled substances' ..Avoid a lot of back and forth hassle and just send the prescription to costco instead. The staff is friendly though.
This is where we do our grocery shopping for years . We haven’t had a bad experience. Staff is polite , helpful and professional which includes the pharmacy staff.
Maybe it wouldn't piss me off so much as when I call to check on my prescription and you were closed, you could tell me you are closed at the beginning of the recorded message. But no, I had to press buttons and when finally ready to talk with a person, I then find out you are closed.
