Called to ask if they had name brand medication. She refused to even check. She said it would’ve been $1500 for 1 bottle for 30 days. Extremely rude and lying about prices so she doesn’t have to do her job. Hung up on me.
the worst pharmacy! the doctor sent a prescription, I came for vitamins in an hour, I noticed that there was no line, they told me that it was not ready, come in an hour. I had to wait an hour walking around the shops, when I returned the medicine was still not ready. when I was indignant. in front of me they quickly poured these vitamins into a jar and gave them to me. It turns out that it took 1 minute!!!! I consider this as disrespect for customers...
This is one of the best pharmacies I have delt with in this area. I had my insurance through wallgreens which was always a hassle with missed prescriptions and no help finding cheaper solutions for expensive prescriptions. The girl at publix found one in minutes that saved me alot and from now on my wife and I will be using publix because of their desire to help their customers save whenever possible.
