Started using Publix because Walgreens never had my insulin pump supplies on hand and constantly had to wait. Publix could always get them.
Deli managers can't plan for dinner rush. If you order online during lunch or dinner show up 10-20 mins late and hope it's ready.
Worst business I have ever been to. They denied me my medication that I desperately need because I’m not a regular customer to them. And they’re the only pharmacy in town that has it. I hope the person who made that decision gets sick and can’t get the help they need.
Out of spring water often. Out of many items I like to purchase when this never used to be in issue is south Florida. It sucks to go to Publix specifically for items to find out they don’t even have any. Fail.
I have been a patron at this Publix for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed or treated subpar. Customer service still exists here.
