I love Brookstone Publix Pharmacy. They're always friendly and they know me and my own needs personally. They're eager to help and answer my questions. They're fun too. I fully recommend them to anyone who might ask.
I’ve always had a pretty good experience till this morning. A very rude staff member not only spoke to me aggressively, she also insinuated the doctors office/prescriber did something wrong and put her safety at risk. I informed my doctor of how I was treated from the pharmacist at this location. The bare minimum of speaking to customers respectfully would’ve been nice. Please stop letting this neanderthal answer the phone.

Every time I visit here for my prescriptions the Staff is very friendly. Some days are quicker than others, welcome to any business, for filling prescriptions but they always inform me of the wait times.
