Was suppose to have prescription renewal automated and every time I go in they're not ready and I find out the system didn't renew.... they tell me to call 3 later and I call and you can't get through to any one....they won't pickup the phone.... very poor service
Easily one of the worst pharmacies ever. Not gonna go into the attitudes of the people that work there that they have sometimes but the real reason I’m giving them only one star is because they never have any medication ready. My doctor can literally call a prescription in on Monday and it’s never ready until days later. Doesn’t matter what the medicine is they don’t have it and it’s never ready.
Horrible pharmacy service! They are very disorganized and canceled 2 of my rx without telling me. I had to cancel my treatment as my prescriber literally had to call 4 times EVERY DAY FOR OVER A WEEK and when I called they said she never called which was a total lie. So frustrating! . I wish I had another choice but this one is by my house.
I live in the neighborhood that’s why I use them. But nothing special
I just Don't understand why the people who work in the pharmacy suggest that you Call before you come to pick up your prescription, Only to he Disconnected after waiting on hold!
