Always the very best service and support (especially Erin (?)). So helpful and above and beyond. Can't say enough good things!
Tried to get a prescription filled and was refused by the pharmacist. Was told they were not excepting new customers for the prescription I was needing. Initially the pharmacist made it seem that they were in stock but only for current customers and when I questioned why I was being refused if I have a medical need, they changed their tune and said they were out of stock.
This review unfortunately deals not with the service provided by the Publix pharmacy, but rather the lack of service. I've been a loyal customer of Publix for many years where I usually frequent the colonialtown Publix. I have since moved to Baldwin Park where I was looking forward to continuing my good relationship with the pharmacist. Unfortunately, the Baldwin Park pharmacist doesn't understand math or calendars or how prescriptions work, which is an unfortunate quality in a pharmacist.
